Bellbird Park's Student Support Hub team supports students from all cultures through mentoring, tutoring, connecting with external organisations and activities such as:

- Social, emotional and cultural wellbeing
- Support tailored to the student's/family's needs

The role of the Community Liaison Officer is to provide support services to students of all cultures to equip them for the development of learning and participation at school. This involves connecting with students, school staff, community and family of students to ensure the best outcomes for each student.

Youth Support Coordinators
The Youth Support Coordinators (YSCs) assist students at risk of disengaging from school. They provide support in areas such as education, wellbeing, peer and family relationships, housing, and future employment pathways.
